You'll handle complex customer service issues, including VIP tickets and advanced troubleshooting for 2K's video game titles. You'll contribute to process improvement projects and product launches while mentoring junior team members.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Resolve advanced technical issues on PCs, Sony, and Microsoft consoles
  • Respond to VIP customer inquiries and time-sensitive requests
  • Serve as escalation point for Tier I associates
  • Perform User Generated Content Moderation for various titles

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven track record in resolving complex customer service needs in video games
  • Ability to troubleshoot advanced technical issues on PCs and consoles
  • CEFR C1 (Advanced) level of English proficiency
  • Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in video game industry
  • Familiarity with MS Office and G Suite products
  • Mentoring experience
