💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a senior advisor to the CEO, cultivating relationships with Black community leaders statewide. You'll ensure community-defined priorities inform PPWI's policy and programmatic strategies. This role offers a hybrid work environment in Milwaukee with a strong mission focus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise CEO and Chief of Staff on Black community engagement strategies
• Cultivate partnerships with Black elected officials, faith leaders, and organizations
• Represent PPWI at public forums and community events
• Maintain documentation of external relationships in CRM system

📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in community engagement, political strategy, or advocacy with Black communities
• Bachelor's degree in Community Engagement, Social Work, Public Policy, or related field
• Thorough knowledge of Wisconsin's diverse Black communities and leadership networks
• Demonstrated commitment to reproductive justice and health equity values
