You'll design and optimize the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power marketing execution and performance visibility in a fast-scaling SaaS environment. You'll ensure campaigns are measurable, scalable, and properly connected across the funnel, translating marketing needs into structured workflows and reporting frameworks. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how marketing performance is tracked and optimized at scale.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Support execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels with proper tracking.
- Maintain and optimize campaign tracking frameworks for consistent reporting.
- Own and improve lead lifecycle processes including capture, scoring, and nurture workflows.
- Build dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs and funnel health.
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or related function in B2B SaaS.
- Strong expertise in Marketo and working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar.
- Solid understanding of lead lifecycle management, funnel metrics, and marketing attribution.

- Familiarity with tools such as Intercom and connecting product usage data to marketing workflows.
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools and automation within marketing workflows.
