💼 About This Role

You'll manage a patient panel with a broad array of acute, chronic, and well visits at a primary care practice focused on transforming healthcare. You'll collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams while utilizing your clinical training for in-office procedures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a panel of patients with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Conduct in-office and tele-health visits.
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds.

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages (0+)
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to certify within 1 year
• State licensed in TX
