Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• 1+ years experience in marketing communications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital content management systems

Responsibilities

• Draft and distribute company-wide communications including announcements and newsletters
• Partner with HR and department leaders to execute communication plans
• Serve as primary owner and administrator of the intranet, ensuring accurate and up-to-date content
• Improve intranet usability, navigation, and employee experience
• Develop content calendars to ensure consistent communication cadence
