Description

You will build complex electromechanical assemblies and integrate them into Anduril's Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs). Working with a multidisciplinary team, you'll fabricate wire harnesses, solder electronic modules, and support pressure vessel production to scale AUV manufacturing globally.

Requirements

• Solid background in electronics in robotics, defense, or avionics
• Capable of detailed electro-mechanical assembly with tight tolerances and complex wire routings
• Experience with electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical documentation
• Ability to perform electrical debug using multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Fabricate complex wire harnesses, solder electronic modules (PCBAs), modify COTS components
• Build, test, and integrate electrical and mechanical assemblies into AUVs
• Perform configuration tasks to flash/load correct SW/FW versions onto devices
• Design, prototype, and scale manufacturing jigs and fixtures to improve build and test efficiency
• Develop and document pressure vessel production process
