💼 About This Role

You'll provide technical support for Veeam Backup and Replication, troubleshooting complex issues in virtualized environments. You'll act as a trusted advisor to customers, resolving issues through log analysis and collaboration. This role offers a chance to work with cutting-edge data protection technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform troubleshooting and analysis, including log file investigation
• Act as technical focal point for IT professionals
• Own customer issues from initiation through resolution
• Document all interactions accurately within SLA in CRM tool

📋 Requirements

• Fluent Italian and English
• Advanced user/admin knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025
• Practical knowledge of TCP/IP and networking configuration/troubleshooting

✨ Nice to Have

• UNIX or Linux knowledge
• VMware ESX(i) or Microsoft Hyper-V administration
• Database engine experience (SQL/Oracle)
