You'll lead global social media strategy and execution for NICE's AI-first brand across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms. You'll drive executive and employee advocacy and amplify thought leadership to engage enterprise technology decision-makers. This high-visibility role works closely with Product Marketing, PR, and executive leadership.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a global social media strategy aligned with AI-first positioning.
  • Manage the global social editorial calendar across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Drive executive and employee advocacy on social platforms.
  • Monitor social performance and optimize campaigns using social intelligence tools.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of social media management experience in B2B technology or SaaS.
  • Proven track record growing engagement and reach for enterprise technology brands.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B channel.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics platforms such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, or Hootsuite.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing AI, CX, or enterprise cloud technologies.
  • Experience supporting major events or product launches.
  • Basic video editing or motion content experience.
