💼 About This Role

You'll shape the next-generation data science foundation at Airwallex, partnering with Product, Growth, and Commercial teams to accelerate revenue growth and improve commercial efficiency. You'll leverage AI to translate insights into scalable models and data foundations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate complex modeling results into clear narratives for executives.
• Lead proactive analyses to identify latent revenue levers and trends.
• Develop revenue forecasting and performance insights pipelines.
• Apply causal inference methods to estimate impact of non-experimental changes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years industry experience with an advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• Strong analytical intuition and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Deep foundations in causal inference and forecasting (e.g., DiD, synthetic control).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms.
• Familiarity with Hex or notebook-based analysis tools.
• Experience in high-growth startup or B2B business models.
