You'll serve as a key liaison between military leadership and technical teams, ensuring alignment between operational requirements and technical execution. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate strategic vision into actionable plans for multiple technical domains
• Conduct requirements and capability analyses to bridge operational needs with IT delivery
• Assess service SLAs and drive continual improvement across data and IT services
• Manage risk, compliance, and change management activities

📋 Requirements

• Strategic planning experience in a government or defense environment
• Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Ability to translate between military operational language and IT technical terminology
• Experience with risk management methodologies

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI, zero trust, and cybersecurity concepts
• Experience with ITIL or Agile frameworks
• Background in Army Intelligence Enterprise
