🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute partner strategies for Cloud and SI partners
• Recruit and manage relationships with key partners
• Prospect and build sales pipeline through partner channels
• Work with sales team to close deals and meet bookings targets

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of quota-carrying experience selling through partners
• Fluency in Japanese and English
• Proven ability to articulate complex enterprise technology value
• Track record of overachieving sales targets

• Passion for database market and MongoDB products
• Training in MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales
• Understanding of database and open-source technologies
