  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience
  • 3+ years sourcing passive candidates using recruitment tools
  • Experience hiring Advanced Practice Providers, physicians, and executives

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Clinical research talent recruiting experience
  • Bilingual (fluent Spanish and English)
  • Relevant HR or talent recruitment certification
