๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience
- 3+ years sourcing passive candidates using recruitment tools
- Experience hiring Advanced Practice Providers, physicians, and executives
โจ Nice to Have
- Clinical research talent recruiting experience
- Bilingual (fluent Spanish and English)
- Relevant HR or talent recruitment certification
