🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain all heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Respond to customer requests and manage work orders
• Coordinate with operational groups for safety and reliability

📋 Requirements

• Engineering skill sets applicable to building systems
• Ability to operate HVAC, engines, turbines, motors, pumps
• Customer service experience
• Meet requirements for ATS environments including ten-year work history
