π― What You'll Do
- Coordinate health and safety inspection appointments via phone and online systems.
- Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and reschedule inspections.
- Respond to tenant inquiries regarding inspection schedules and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and bookings in internal systems.
- Monitor missed appointments and proactively manage rescheduling.

- Previous experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, or call-handling.
- Excellent verbal communication and professional phone manner.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment managing deadlines.
