Requirements

• Fully licensed as LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.
• Open to licensing in alternative states
• Significant prior clinical experience as a psychotherapist preferred
• Experience with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender community
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate actively with a team of therapists and prescribers for coordinated patient care
• Participate in monthly clinical staffing to discuss patient cases
• Provide high-quality telehealth consultations
• Maintain patient-centered, evidence-based care
• Utilize clinical autonomy without administrative interference
