Description

You will drive the development, integration, and deployment of AI/ML-powered capabilities across CHAOS' product lines, working with a high-caliber team to translate advanced AI research into tangible software for defense applications. You will be given independence but must be self-driven and learn rapidly, collaborating with diverse teams to prototype and bring solutions to production.

Requirements

• BS/MS + 2+ years of professional software development
• Experience with Python, model serving infrastructure, model lifecycle management
• Experience building, testing, and supporting major systems in production

Responsibilities

• Quickly learn existing code and documentation
• Ensure AI models are robust, interpretable, testable, and performant in real-world conditions
• Manage time across meetings, execution, and learning
• Travel 10-20% domestically
• Work on-site minimum 2 days per week
