💼 About This Role

You'll own cross-functional product programs spanning multiple engineering teams at a healthcare data platform company. Your work directly shapes how customers experience new capabilities, driving measurable outcomes. You'll also build and run scaled beta programs with external partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics across teams.
• Lead beta programs end-to-end: onboarding, feedback, rollout, go/no-go.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, design, and leadership.
• Represent program health and tradeoffs to VP and senior leadership.

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience driving complex cross-functional programs in product engineering.
• Strong technical fluency to engage on architecture, tradeoffs, and system design.
• Track record running external beta or partner programs with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing programs with data pipelines, platform services, or infrastructure.
• Exposure to AI/ML product development cycles and probabilistic systems.
• Prior experience at a high-growth tech company building new program infrastructure.
