💼 About This Role

You'll shape and lead the Programme Management Office for the Valo eVTOL aircraft programme, reporting to the VP Programme Valo. You'll define governance, planning and controls for a civil aircraft certification programme targeting airliner-level safety certification in a highly regulated environment. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement in Bristol.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow the PMO function
• Define and implement programme management processes and tools
• Own the stage gate framework and governance review structure
• Develop and maintain the integrated programme plan
• Establish and track programme health metrics and KPIs

📋 Requirements

• PMO leadership experience in complex development programmes
• Track record delivering civil aircraft certification programmes
• Deep expertise in integrated programme planning and governance
• Experience building PMO capability in a growing organisation

• Experience with eVTOL or electric aviation projects
• Scaled Agile or other lean programme management certifications
