You'll lead the design and delivery of scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems on the Enrichments EMEA team, working across Go, Python, Java, and Scala. You'll drive technical vision and influence multiple teams to solve complex problems impacting platform architecture. This role offers you the opportunity to mentor senior engineers while working hands-on.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive architecture and design decisions on core enrichment services
• Lead large, cross-team projects from inception to production
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers to increase team effectiveness
• Define technical standards for multi-language backend development

📋 Requirements

• 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven track record delivering large-scale backend systems
• Expertise in Go, Python, Java, or Scala (at least two)
• Demonstrated leadership in setting technical vision
