💼 About This Role

You'll prepare and measure raw materials according to formulations in a cGMP-certified facility. You'll ensure product quality and consistency by monitoring mixing equipment and maintaining precise records. This role offers progressive performance levels from trainee to expert.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Weigh and record raw materials with high attention to detail
• Operate tanks to stir and mix production materials
• Take samples to QC/Lab for approval
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to drive forklift or obtain certification on site
• Strong math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 55 lbs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in food, dietary or pharmaceutical supplement manufacturing
• Experience with Food Safety, CIP, cGMPs
• Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles
