You'll partner with a portfolio of customers to achieve long-term goals, driving feature adoption and model optimization for our SaaS revenue platform. You'll coach clients on technical needs and facilitate VIP agreement extensions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and nurture a designated client portfolio.
• Assist in configuring Varicent solutions based on customer requirements.
• Generate and communicate monthly performance and support metric reports.
• Analyze usage data to identify remedial actions and implement them.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technical field or related discipline.
• Strong experience with SQL, data manipulation, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in gathering and interpreting requirements and matching with product capabilities.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Varicent software products.
• Experience with Query Based Languages and Relational Databases.
