You'll support the health of our content ecosystem by testing AI agents and verifying AI-generated drafts. You'll perform content gap analysis and audit assistance to maintain quality. This internship offers hands-on experience with LLMs in a real business setting at a leading identity security company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run test drives on AI agents to ensure they follow instructions
• Review AI-generated drafts for factual accuracy, tone, and formatting
• Identify uncovered topics and suggest content improvements
• Scan content library for outdated information using AI tools

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Management, or related field
• Experience with AI Prompt Engineering and LLM Familiarity
• Experience with Data Tooling and Technical Troubleshooting
• Hyper-detail oriented and process minded
