💼 About This Role

You'll join Avi Medical's operations team to optimize staffing and workflows in tech-enabled primary care practices. You'll drive efficiency improvements and gain cross-functional exposure across product, medical care, tech, and marketing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review current staffing, support workflows, tools, SLAs, and communication flows
• Develop and implement improvements to efficiency, reporting, and automation using AI
• Align with relevant teams to ensure changes are sustainable and scalable
• Rotate through operational focus areas, building dashboards and automating processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in business administration, economics, information science, health administration, or STEM
• Strong analytical skills and independent working style
• First work experience in startup, consulting, investment banking, or healthcare
• Full working proficiency in German and English
