💼 About This Role
You'll lead enterprise provider network development for a value-based care platform, focusing on large medical groups and health systems. You'll own full-cycle sales, from sourcing to contract execution. You'll shape enterprise strategy by delivering actionable insights from prospect interactions and market data back to product and leadership.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own targeting methodology and relationship-building for large provider organizations
- Serve as primary field voice engaging large physician groups and health systems
- Lead full enterprise sales cycle from outreach to contract execution
- Maintain rigorous pipeline tracking in CRM with high data integrity
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 7-12 years of experience in provider network development or enterprise sales in healthcare
- Knowledge of California managed care market
- Experience with ACO programs or value-based care
✨ Nice to Have
- Master's degree
- Experience closing enterprise-level partnerships
- Familiarity with Medicare ACO REACH and MSSP models
