Description

You will lead initiatives to improve Starlink customer experience through technical analysis, cross-functional prioritization, and implementation. You'll identify and resolve product defects, use metrics to drive retention improvements, and design A/B tests to validate changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, physics, or other quantitative field
• 1+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, product management, operations, consulting, entrepreneurship, or venture capital
• 1+ years of experience in Python, SQL, programming, or industrial project management
• Excellent analytical skills (e.g., Python, SQL, R, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Excel modeling)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior business leaders

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve Starlink customer experience and products through technical analysis and cross-functional prioritization
• Identify engineering and product defects in Starlink user experience; drive operational improvements
• Use end-user metrics to uncover drivers of key performance indicators such as customer lifetime value
• Develop, operationalize, and action on predictive models for customer retention issues and opportunities
• Design and execute A/B tests to validate engagement and customer retention improvements
