• Maintain relationships with prospective, current, and alumni Scholars through check-ins and logistics.
• Coordinate programming for professional and career development, including workshops and referrals.
• Execute alumni stewardship processes and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in recruitment, selection, and matching process including interviews.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of experience in program or project management
• Proven ability to develop stakeholder relationships and manage expectations
