Description

As a Commercial Account Executive at Brex, you will drive net-new revenue from small to mid-sized businesses by prospecting, building partnerships, and closing deals for our all-in-one Financial Operating System. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing, in a high-volume, fast-paced hybrid role based in one of our offices.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally high-volume or new business
  • High-performing SDR/BDR background with strong self-prospecting track record
  • Strong ability to communicate value and ROI to small/mid-sized business stakeholders
  • Consistent quota attainment and top-tier performance history
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach with focus on results and customer impact

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales process from outbound prospecting to closing deals
  • Consistently source and qualify leads to maintain a strong pipeline
  • Communicate ROI and business value by aligning Brex solutions to prospect needs
  • Build trust through insight and service to help prospects navigate challenges
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Product, and Underwriting for a smooth buyer experience
