🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee cross-functional teams in rocket motor system development and production.
• Manage program schedule, budget, and risk across the portfolio.
• Maintain customer, supplier, and internal team relationships.
• Prepare and present program status reports and proposals.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in program execution.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years managing complex technical systems development.
• Proven track record of multi-million dollar project management.
• Experience leading manufacturing and productization for defense customers.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

• B.S. in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of rocket motor systems and propulsion technologies.
