Description

As a local HSE Specialist at Isar Aerospace, you'll lead HSE compliance, inspections, risk assessments, and training to foster a proactive safety culture at our launch site in Andenes, Norway.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or apprenticeship in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field
• Proven HSE experience in industrial, manufacturing, or aerospace environments
• Knowledge of local HSE regulations, standards, and best practices
• Experience with risk assessments, site inspections, and incident investigations
• Strong communication and training skills

Responsibilities

• Implement HSE policies and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs for staff
• Identify and mitigate workplace hazards and environmental risks
