Description

You will provide onsite hardware diagnostic and repair services for data center systems within a 120-mile radius. You'll troubleshoot servers, storage devices, and SANs, ensuring high customer satisfaction and minimal downtime.

Requirements

• Experience with OEM data center hardware
• Successful prior field service experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills; CompTIA A+ and Server+ preferred
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite system diagnostic and analytical support
• Respond to customer system failures via hardware service and testing
• Analyze software and hardware error logs for timely repair
• Manage inventory and parts for service area
• Complete administrative tasks like timesheets and expense reports
