Description

You will lead Peloton's global Technical Product Safety organization, ensuring products meet safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards while delivering exceptional member experiences. You will define and execute a comprehensive product safety and regulatory compliance strategy, partner with cross-functional teams, and serve as the senior technical authority for product safety investigations.

Requirements

• 7+ years leadership experience in Product Safety, Regulatory Compliance or Quality
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (advanced degree preferred)
• Experience leading global cross-functional teams
• 5+ years in consumer goods (B2C) environments
• Strong expertise in structured problem-solving methodologies

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority for product safety investigations and incidents
• Lead Product Investigation Council for data-driven decision-making
• Proactively identify and mitigate product safety risks across portfolio
• Define and implement global product safety and regulatory compliance strategy
• Establish governance frameworks and lead corrective actions
