You'll lead and scale the Datacenter Networking team at DigitalOcean, building and modernizing cloud network infrastructure for a global-scale platform. You'll partner with senior leadership to develop multi-year roadmaps and drive team performance and talent development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and develop a culture of inclusivity and collaboration
• Architect next-generation network infrastructure
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps with leadership
• Identify and solve challenges impacting team velocity

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in network architecture at global scale (10+ DCs)
• 5+ years of experience in people management and performance management
• Experience with GPU networking and/or IEB design
• Experience with deployment software like Ansible or Salt

• Experience with lifecycle management of network equipment
• Background in NOC operations
