💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in delivering an amazing customer experience at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer. Your core impact will be training new recruits and assisting with daily operations to meet sales targets. You'll use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales and ensure store success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return visits.
• Cover the sales floor and lead when manager is away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform retail tasks.
