You'll lead custom software projects for a 100% remote team at JBS. You will drive project lifecycle from pre-sales through deployment, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timeline. This role offers optional paid overtime and a healthy work-life balance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal and client teams
• Engage in pre-sales efforts to scope solutions and document requirements
• Monitor project dates and ensure team awareness of responsibilities
• Proactively manage changes in scope and identify risks

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience
• Agile frameworks expertise (Scrum or Kanban)
• Strong technical understanding of software development concepts
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity in custom software projects

• Scrum Master or Agile certification
• Experience coaching Agile transformation
• Software development background
