Description

You will join Midi Health's growing engineering team to build and integrate products across the clinician and operational lifecycle, driving projects from brainstorming through rollout while collaborating with engineers, PMs, and clinical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years building scalable engineering solutions across the stack
• Experience with Python-based web frameworks (e.g., Django, FastAPI) or comparable technologies
• Experience building operational and workflow management systems
• Proactive ownership mindset
• Interest and experience in coaching/mentoring junior engineers

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with engineers, PMs, and clinical stakeholders to enhance and build new products
• Build and own clinician and operations facing products end-to-end
• Craft scalable and flexible products and code balancing speed and scalability
• Actively contribute to engineering processes, culture, practices, and systems
• Analyze complex technical problems and architect elegant solutions
