💼 About This Role

You'll support students with disabilities in a KIPP charter school, implementing behavioral support plans and IEP goals. You'll build relationships and help create a joyful, academically excellent school environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement comprehensive positive behavioral support plans
• Assist teacher in classroom instruction and behavior support
• Supervise students during classes, recess, and lunch
• Maintain documentation and assist with data collection

📋 Requirements

• 1-year experience working with students with special needs in a school setting
• Experience implementing behavioral intervention for students with complex behavioral problems
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA)

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree
• Certification in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
• First aid and CPR certification
