You will operate cell and gene therapy equipment, perform quality control analyses, and follow standard operating procedures in a GMP manufacturing environment. This role supports the production of innovative immune cell therapies for clinical trials.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences (Biology, Chemistry) or Engineering (Chemical, Biomedical) with 0-2 years manufacturing experience
- Must pass a visual acuity test
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Effective oral communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills (converting units, significant figures)
Responsibilities
- Operate automatic and manual cell and gene therapy equipment for CAR-T, CAR-M, or CAR-NK processes
- Perform quality control analyses to complete in-process batches and identify variations
- Handle hazardous materials including leukapheresis cellular materials
- Clean equipment and manufacturing suites/rooms
- Support enrollment of materials and create purchase requests
