💼 About This Role

You'll define and execute North American field strategy for CodeRabbit's AI code review platform, owning the pipeline from KubeCon to local meetups. You'll be measured on sourced and influenced revenue, not just booth swag. This role offers real ownership of budget, strategy, and partner co-marketing with GitHub, GitLab, AWS, and Google Cloud.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Decide which events and sponsorships to invest in based on data.
• Design field programs that generate qualified meetings and accelerate deals.
• Run flagship conference presence end-to-end: booth, speakers, follow-up.
• Build relationships with local developer communities and user groups.
• Drive joint field activations with ecosystem partners like GitHub and AWS.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in field, event, or integrated marketing at B2B SaaS or dev tools companies.
• Proven track record running flagship technical events (KubeCon, re:Invent) from strategy to measurable pipeline.
• Deep fluency in the developer tools and DevOps landscape.
• Tight working relationships with Sales including co-built ABM and post-event SLA.
• Data-driven and comfortable with Salesforce, HubSpot, and BI tools.

• Experience marketing to engineering leaders, platform/DevOps, or AI/ML practitioners.
• Time at a Series A–C company that scaled past $10M ARR.
• Hands-on experience with PLG or community-led growth.
