💼 About This Role

You'll guide new customers through onboarding and handle real-time support issues for our AI agents serving local businesses. You'll own the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring fast go-live and resolving edge cases with calm, clear communication.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run onboarding calls and translate business operations into AI configurations
• Handle inbound support calls, texts, and emails for live issues
• Document cases in Salesforce and communicate in Slack
• Identify recurring friction and suggest improvements to tooling

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years in customer support, onboarding, or high-touch SaaS roles
• Fluency in English (C1/C2) with strong written and verbal skills
• Experience handling escalations and complex customer issues
• Quick thinking and comfort with ambiguous situations

• Worked with SMBs or local businesses
• Experience with Intercom, OpenPhone, Salesforce
