You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new market entry, build relationships with referral sources, and represent Charlie Health in the field 4-5 days a week to connect patients, families, and providers with life-saving behavioral health treatment.

Requirements

• Based in Atlanta, GA
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Conduct field meetings 4-5 days/week with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform product and marketing strategies
