You'll own a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts, driving renewals and expansion revenue in a high-growth SaaS environment. You'll act as a strategic partner, helping clients unlock value while aligning product capabilities with their business objectives. This role offers the chance to work remotely with a collaborative, fast-paced team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead renewal and expansion process, including forecasting and contract negotiations
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through strategic account planning
- Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to drive adoption and mitigate churn
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in account management or post-sale SaaS sales
- Proven track record of achieving renewal and expansion targets
- Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in Spanish (Portuguese is a strong plus)
