You'll own a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts, driving renewals and expansion revenue in a high-growth SaaS environment. You'll act as a strategic partner, helping clients unlock value while aligning product capabilities with their business objectives.   • Lead renewal and expansion process, including forecasting and contract negotiations
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through strategic account planning
  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to drive adoption and mitigate churn

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management or post-sale SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of achieving renewal and expansion targets
  • Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluency in Spanish (Portuguese is a strong plus)
