You'll drive LemFi's expansion into the Australian market, owning the full growth engine for user acquisition, transaction volume, and revenue. You'll lead cross-functional execution with high autonomy and visibility, shaping the future of diaspora financial services at scale.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and execute market entry and penetration strategies across Australia.
- Own end-to-end user lifecycle including paid marketing, influencer campaigns, and community initiatives.
- Partner with Product to optimize onboarding, conversion rates, and user experience.
- Track and optimize key metrics (CAC, LTV, revenue) for maximum impact.
๐ Requirements
- Significant experience in Growth leadership within B2C fintech.
- Proven track record scaling fintech or payments products.
- Deep expertise in the Australian market and diaspora-led growth strategies.
- Strong command of growth funnels, CRM, paid media, and partnerships.
