You'll build AI-native GTM systems and data infrastructure that turn product usage signals into enterprise sales opportunities. Your work will directly drive pipeline and revenue through PQL identification and lead scoring.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build PQL identification systems to surface enterprise buying signals
• Build AI agents for automated account research using LLM APIs
• Design data pipelines from product usage data to HubSpot
• Create AI-powered lead scoring models combining product behavior

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years in GTM Engineer or similar role at a PLG B2B SaaS company
• Strong Python and SQL skills with data pipeline experience
• API integration expertise with tools like n8n or Zapier
• Deep understanding of PLG metrics and PQL models

✨ Nice to Have

• Data warehouse experience (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Familiarity with dbt or similar transformation tools
• Production machine learning experience
