You'll lead technical accounting research and financial reporting for a high-growth AI company. Your work ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP and supports key business decisions. This role offers ownership of complex transactions and direct exposure to senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead research and documentation of accounting treatment for complex transactions.
• Prepare technical accounting memos under ASC standards.
• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements and disclosures.
• Manage external auditor relationships on technical accounting matters.

📋 Requirements

• CPA designation.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting or audit.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP (ASC 606, 718, 842, 805, 350).
• Experience with SEC reporting (S-1, 10-K, 10-Q).

✨ Nice to Have

• Big Four public accounting experience.
• Experience with NetSuite and Workiva.
• Track record of building accounting teams in high-growth environments.
