You'll lead enterprise Total Rewards strategy, overseeing benefits, retirement, and compensation programs across multiple operating companies. You'll drive scalable, compliant frameworks and partner with regional HR, Finance, and vendors to support growth and retention. This role offers the chance to shape a COE in a decentralized organization with significant integration activity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and govern Total Rewards strategy across all operating companies.
• Manage benefits administration including open enrollment and vendor relationships.
• Oversee retirement plans (401k, deferred comp) ensuring ERISA/IRS compliance.
• Lead compensation cycles, job architecture, and market benchmarking.
• Partner with M&A team on due diligence and integration of benefits.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Total Rewards or benefits management.
• Deep knowledge of health and welfare benefits and retirement plan administration.
• Strong ERISA and federal/state compliance expertise.
• Experience leading compensation cycles and job architecture.
