💼 About This Role

You'll drive customer onboarding and retention for Channel Talk, an AI-powered messenger platform. You'll build success experiences that turn customers into advocates. This role offers a chance to shape the CS model from scratch in a global, AI-native company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and execute segmented onboarding journeys for customers.
  • Analyze usage data to identify churn risks and optimize success.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering on feedback.
  • Drive early success experiences to maximize product adoption.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in corporate sales or customer success.
  • 3+ years IT tool or system implementation support experience.
  • Experience managing over 100 customer accounts preferred.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Enterprise sales or customer success experience.
  • Experience in CS or sales team building from scratch.
  • Experience handling over 150 companies.
