You will design, build, and maintain production software using Rust, collaborating with remote teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This is a remote role where you'll troubleshoot performance issues and communicate technical decisions clearly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Rust
• Clear, concise, proactive communication skills
• Ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working remotely with US-based teams
• Ability to design distributed systems, microservices, or high-performance backends

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production software using Rust
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable Rust code with appropriate tests
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and reliability concerns
• Collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders to align on requirements and delivery
• Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions clearly and proactively
