Description
You will manage and grow relationships with key US/EU merchants, driving retention, satisfaction, and revenue. You'll partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure successful adoption of Breeze's payment solutions. As the first AM hire in the US, you'll help scale the account management function.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success in Payments/FinTech
- Experience in high-growth environments and growing strategic client relationships
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with global teams
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts and complex issues
- Clear communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Own expansion, retention, and long-term success for key merchant accounts
- Execute strategic account planning, QBRs, and client-facing product training
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Product to drive product adoption and client-led features
- Build and improve CRM systems, client health metrics, and reporting workflows
- Track and report on churn, revenue growth, retention, satisfaction, and feature adoption
