Description
You will design, govern, and optimize the end-to-end revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partners, and Finance, leveraging AI capabilities to ensure operational clarity, consistency, and predictability. You will partner with GTM executives and cross-functional teams to drive scalable processes, forecasting accuracy, and alignment across the global sales organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue processes and pipeline management
- Experience leveraging AI and advanced analytics for forecasting improvement
- Exceptional program management skills with recurring business cadences
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), forecasting tools, and BI/reporting
Responsibilities
- Define and document end-to-end operating model from lead to renewal
- Establish global governance frameworks including funnel definitions and forecasting methodology
- Drive cross-functional operating cadence including QBRs, MBRs, and pipeline reviews
- Support development of forecasting methodologies and monitor pipeline health
- Identify risks and insights to support leadership decision-making
