Description

You will design, govern, and optimize the end-to-end revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partners, and Finance, leveraging AI capabilities to ensure operational clarity, consistency, and predictability. You will partner with GTM executives and cross-functional teams to drive scalable processes, forecasting accuracy, and alignment across the global sales organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue processes and pipeline management
  • Experience leveraging AI and advanced analytics for forecasting improvement
  • Exceptional program management skills with recurring business cadences
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), forecasting tools, and BI/reporting

Responsibilities

  • Define and document end-to-end operating model from lead to renewal
  • Establish global governance frameworks including funnel definitions and forecasting methodology
  • Drive cross-functional operating cadence including QBRs, MBRs, and pipeline reviews
  • Support development of forecasting methodologies and monitor pipeline health
  • Identify risks and insights to support leadership decision-making
