Description

You will make home visits to adult and geriatric clients in Camden County, NJ after hours and on weekends, performing emergency night visits as needed. You administer medication, wound care, and comfort care, while monitoring client conditions and documenting doctor orders.

Requirements

• Current RN license in NJ
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred
• Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories after business hours and on weekends
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Execute and properly document doctors orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
